If you are an existing client, the fastest way to notify us about an issue is to simply send an email to support@rjtechpro.com - this will automatically generate a ticket and notify the appropriate personnel. If you are not a client, you can still use either option to submit a ticket, but we must prioritize requests from existing clients first. Click on the "remote support" button to set up one-time remote support session with one of our technicians.
